Widra: EU Withdrawal Button

Widra Privacy Policy

Widra helps Shopify merchants add a technical EU withdrawal workflow. This policy describes the data processed by the app.

Merchant data

We store shop domain, app settings, plan status, installation state and encrypted Shopify access tokens needed to operate the app.

Buyer data

Withdrawal requests may contain buyer name, email, order or contract reference, selected items and the submitted withdrawal statement. Basic Mode does not collect addresses, payment data or phone numbers.

Purpose

Data is processed to save withdrawal requests, send confirmation emails, notify merchants, generate exports and maintain audit records.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the merchant plan and merchant settings. Free keeps live request data for up to 30 days, Standard for up to 90 days, and Pro for up to 365 days. Test requests are kept for up to 7 days on every plan. Merchants can export records before deletion or anonymization and are responsible for deciding whether exported records must be kept in their own systems. Widra supports data minimization through automatic cleanup. Shopify privacy webhooks are implemented for customer data requests, customer redaction and shop redaction.

Contact

Contact the merchant operating the store for store-specific privacy questions. App operator contact: support@widra.app.
